Our partners have also authored many of the laws of the Armenian financial sector. Our latest engagement involved the largest Eurobond issuance by an Armenian commercial bank in Dublin, Ireland. 60 percent of our clients are financial institutions from the US and Europe.

We have also been advising the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the past 8 years for its financial sector reforms and financial transactions in Armenia.

Our Managing Partner, who has served as the Central Bank of Armenia’s General Counsel for 12 years, has extensively advised the latter on legal issues concerning reserve management, inter alia derivative and repo instruments.
